STAR Testing InformationOur 2nd - 6th grade students and staff are getting prepared for this year's STAR Test, which begins on Tuesday, May 8th. It is important that students are well rested, eat a healthy breakfast, and come to school every day to do their very best! Click HERE to read an informational letter from Mrs. Kennedy. What is SCRIP? SCRIP is where families simply do their regular weekly shopping with gift cards from America's favorite retailers. With each purchase, Olinda earns cash rebates that can quickly add up to thousands of dollars a year - money that can be used to help support programs and technology at our school. Simply fill out the order form and return it to Olinda with a check every Tuesday by 8:30 am. Your gift cards will be delivered on Friday.
Summer Day CampBrea Olinda Unified has a Summer Camp for your students. It is divided into two programs: Discovery Camp is geared for children entering kindergarten through sixth grade and our Adventurer Camp is geared for children entering third through seventh grade. Activities include academic enrichment, arts and crafts, outdoor recreation, and two field trips per week. Parents may sign up for their children to attend Summer Day Camp for one week or the entire summer. Click HERE for the flyer. Kindergarten RegistrationRegistration of children who will be eligible to enter kindergarten in September, 2012 has begun and will continue until the end of the school year in June.
